Product Description
Pickled steel sheet, also called pickled steel board, is made of high-quality hot-rolled plates as raw materials. After the pickling unit removes the oxide layer, trims and finishes, the surface quality and usage requirements (mainly cold bending forming or stamping performance) are determined. It is an intermediate product between hot-rolled plates and cold-rolled plates, and is an ideal substitute for some hot-rolled plates and cold-rolled sheets.
Common grades and application scope of pickling boards
1. SPHC: commonly used in general forming and stamping processing fields;
2. SPHD: suitable for more stringent forming fields, such as door outer panels, etc.;
3. SPHE: Suitable for forming areas with increased depth, such as door inner panels, etc.;
4. SAPH310~440: suitable for automobile components, steel furniture, steel plate boxes, kitchen utensils and other fields;
5. SS400: Suitable for general structures, bridges, ships and other fields.
