Galvanized square and rectangular pipes are a name for galvanized square steel pipes and galvanized rectangular steel pipes. Galvanized square and rectangular pipes are rolled from strip steel after processing. Generally, the strip steel is unpacked, flattened, curled, and welded to form a round galvanized steel pipe. The galvanized round pipe is then rolled into a square pipe or rectangular pipe and then cut to the required length. Also known as square and rectangular cold-formed hollow sections, referred to as square tubes and rectangular tubes.
Galvanized square and rectangular pipes are divided according to surface treatment: hot-dip galvanized square and rectangular pipes and electro-galvanized square and rectangular pipes.
