1. Hot rolled flat steel bar
Hot-rolled flat steel is a general-purpose rolled long strip of steel with a rectangular cross-section. Its specifications are expressed in millimeters of thickness * width, flat steel can be finished steel, used for components, ladders, bridges and fences, etc. Flat steel can also be used as billets for welding and welding and slabs for stacked thin plates. (Material: Q215, Q235), executive standard: GB704-1988 instead of GB704-83, this standard applies to general-purpose hot-rolled flat steel with a thickness of 3~60mm, a width of 10~200mm, and a rectangular cross-section. Delivery status: Flat steel is delivered in straight strips. Measuring method: flat steel with fixed length and door length is delivered according to theoretical weight.
2. Forged flat steel
Forged flat steel is a forged long steel plate with a rectangular cross-section. Unfair forging can obtain forgings of a certain shape and size, and at the same time can significantly improve the as-cast structure of the steel and increase the density of the steel; it can change the distribution of the fiber structure, remove anisotropy, improve the mechanical properties of the metal, and make the strength and The toughness has been improved; and it can process high-volume steel and high-alloy steel with low plasticity. Forged flat steel is mainly high-quality alloy steel, which is mainly used as springs, tools and important mechanical parts.
